"After the full-scale invasion, I felt more than ever that meaning is more important than form, and content is more important than hype. That's how our project was born. We talk a lot about our warriors, this is our new faith, our new religion. They stand there for that if the country were here. Our story is about this enormous strength of every Ukrainian. Everyone is doing something in their place, bringing victory closer. The strength is that we did not come to someone, we are on our land, we will not go anywhere from here. This land gives give us the strength to fight for it like this."

"Strong as the Earth" is a documentary film about people who, despite the horrors of war, create a life in Ukraine; hold the rear while the military holds the front; feel personal responsibility for the country.
The through-and-through artistic image is the diary of a woman from the village of Peremoga, Kyiv region, who survived the occupation. The thoughts and emotions expressed in the diary are understandable to all Ukrainians. Because we all have one pain. One country for all. And one common goal - victory.
The text of the diary is read by Ukrainian singer and bandurist Maryna Krut.
The film tells the stories of different people from different parts of Ukraine.
About a businessman whose farm was hit by about 60 rockets, but he found the strength to rebuild it and sow the fields.
About a grandmother who lost her leg while milking cows, but learned to dance even with a prosthesis.
About the orchestra, which, despite rocket fire, does not cancel concerts, but plays them in shelters.
About a young girl who created a youth hub three months before the beginning of the invasion, and it was completely destroyed, but she rebuilt it again - already in the basement.
About young people who restore houses to people who lost them.
About volunteers who support wounded soldiers and their steadfast spirit.
About the warehouse, which became a gallery and a place of rest during air raids.
About doctors who were forced to flee their native hospital due to constant shelling, but continued to operate in a new city.
About the fact that we are strong because we are on our Ukrainian land. And this is exactly what drives us on the way to victory!
